GENRES- 

  • Romance- paranormal, historical, suspense, erotic, and sweet.
  • Science fiction/fantasy- I will read most, though time travel books tend to be my favorite.
  • Horror- I take a horror book only rarely. Vampires and werewolves are my favorite horror novels and I refuse to read any more zombies.
  • Non-fiction- Here’s where it gets a wee bit tricky. I’m great with memoirs, biographies, cookbooks and diy books (including, but not limited to, pattern and sewing books) and will take them in almost any format available. But, when it comes to other non-fiction books, such as coffee table books and art books with a lot of photos included, I would much prefer a print copy.
  • Other- If you’re unclear about a genre, please email to ask. 

FORMATS & PUBLISHING-

I will accept print books and ebooks (Kindle only).  I will accept self-published and independent books. I am open to audiobooks, but would also require a print or ebook copy as well.

REVIEWS-

Sending me a book does not guarantee a review, particularly if you send an unsolicited one.  Sometimes, if I dislike a book, I won’t write the review at all, but most of the time, I absolutely will and I absolutely will give it the rating and coverage I feel it has earned. I am fair with my reviews. It’s always a good idea to email before you send books, but I’m also okay with surprises so long as you realize that a surprise book in the mail isn’t a guarantee for a review, either! 😀

SNAIL MAIL– If you would like to send a book for review, please send it to: P.O. Box 97; Itmann, WV 24847. I will also require the following information, either sent via email (above) or mailed with the book itself: release date, publisher, and an email address where the author or publisher can be reached if necessary.

NOTE-DO NOT SEND ME POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS BOOKS! ALSO, IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WORDS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BOOK’S DESCRIPTION, I PROBABLY WON’T READ IT: CIA OPERATIVES, CIA, FBI, POLICE, ZOMBIE, ZOM______, APOCALYPSE, CULT, MOIST.
